Airtable is looking for a smart and talented visual/communications designer to join our small but prolific design team. As one of our first visual/communications designers, you’ll have the chance to refine and expand our brand identity while tackling a variety of creative challenges with our fast-paced growth, marketing, and design teams.
Airtable is used by teams around the world for everything from organizing the world’s foremost EDM concert to powering WeWork’s UX research team to enabling ambitious video productions. Our diverse customer base lends itself to a designer with the creativity and raw talent to create marketing materials that speak uniquely to the ambitions of our myriad high-growth audiences. You’ll work closely with our growth team to rapidly execute on campaigns and experiments while championing a high degree of polish. Inevitably, the work you do will have an impact across not just marketing and product, but the overall visual identity and voice of the company.
As a small but quickly growing company of multi-disciplinary learners, we count on team members to branch out beyond their initial job title. As such, you can expect mentorship and growth within and outside of your core responsibilities. For this particular role, we’re looking for fast-learners who have the intelligence and empathy to quickly understand our customers and translate that understanding into creative that speaks to them at a practical and emotional level. In addition to great taste and the ability to produce great art, you’ll need to have a good instinct for content and copy and the ambition and ability to grow with the company.
