Weโ€™re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take charge of international outbound lead generation and quickly grow into a quota-carrying sales representative or marketing team member. This is an opportunity to contribute significantly to the sales and marketing department and get in on the ground floor of a fast-growing, disruptive company.ย  Skoreans all have a collaborative and innovative profile.

SDR Role Expectations:ย 

  • Aggressively hunt for new international organizations, qualify opportunities, and set meetings for the Intl. Sales team.

  • Adapt and execute strategic outbound lead generation campaigns.

  • Work with Marketing and Sales Depts. to document and measure lead generation & qualification processes.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of qualified opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum Experience:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years professional experience.

  • A passion for sales and software start-ups.

  • 1 year of experience working in inside sales, demand generation or marketing is strongly preferred.

  • Prior experience with software development or technical organizations preferred.

  • Fluent in English, other languages beneficial.

  • Base Salary plus Commission: Base salary compatible with the market and opportunity for aggressive commissioning.
