As a Business Analyst at Scrapinghub, you will be responsible for understanding the business needs of the organization and translating them into documentable processes and technical requirements which will be used to drive the deployment of internal systems to enforce and automate them. You will also be aiding various teams in drawing insights from multiple internal data sources. This includes creating reports and dashboards to use across the organization.

Work with internal teams to understand project objectives, timelines, use cases and requirements
Translate business requirements for large projects, minor enhancements and bug fixes into systems design specifications
Understand and communicate technology needs and restrictions to relevant business parties
Conduct fit/gap analysis and document business & system requirements
Develop and maintain documentation for internal systems following standards and best practices, including FAQs, change logs and release announcements
Communicate to stakeholders the introduction of new processes, systems and changes to existing procedures
2+ years of relevant experience in business analytics, business processes or comparable roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable interacting with employees from entry-level to senior management
Ability to explain complicated or technical information in a simple way to non-technical audiences
Ability to communicate in a timely and straightforward manner
Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bonus points for:
